Cancellation

• Room cancellation must be made in written form to the technical organizer.
  
• Before July 1, 2024: 100% refund 
• Until August 1st, 2024 80 % refund (20% processing fee) 
• From August 1st till September 1st 50% refund 
• After August 1st, 2024: No refunds will be made after this date
